If application is being mailed it must be postmarked by
June 10, 2025 to the address shown on the application form.
Student Qualifications:
- Be an enrolled member of the Navajo, Hopi, Acoma, Laguna, Zuni, or Southern Ute Nation
- Currently attending four-year college/university or graduate program
- Entering either your junior/senior year or graduate program in the fall semester 2025 or winter semester 2026
- A declared major field of study or enrollment in a special degree/graduate program
- Have a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) or better
Your letter of application should include all of the following:

If you are going to use the On-Line Form you can upload your docments from there
- Certification of enrollment from your educational institution that indicates your status in school as of the end of spring 2026 semester
- Current unofficial transcript showing GPA
- Copy of your tribal enrollment certificate
- A one page essay describing your educational and career goals, and how they relate to your Navajo, Hopi, Zuni, Acoma, Laguna, or Southern Ute Nation
- A photo of yourself for publication if your application is selected
The following will be submitted from your institutional Financial Aid Office
A printout indicating a calculation of your attendance and other financial aid.
